We designed our machines to fulfill the needs of the processor.  We know the challenges, so we try to eliminate as many as possible for our customers. We made the machines. We run the machines. We know the machines inside and out. That is why we pride ourselves in our outstanding parts and service department.

There isn’t a problem you will experience with Sierra equipment that we haven’t already seen. Our hands-on knowledge and years of experience will get you back up and running the fastest.

Sierra keeps parts for all machines, no matter how old the machine, in stock at our warehouse. We have the largest parts inventory in the industry. We know how important it is to maximize production times so when a machine is down it is just money being wasted. If your machine runs into a problem we have technicians on call that can assist you in diagnosing the problem, ordering a part, or coming to your yard and checking the machine in person. That is how much we value our customer’s satisfaction with their machine.
